Personal

  • Sign up
    • This is a form consisting of the details name, surname, e-mail address and password and it includes subscription activation.
  • Forgot my password
    • A new password is created and sent to the person’s e-mail address entered into the system.
  • A person may create multiple CVs. The limit can be established by the portal owner or us.
  • Quick CV create
    • Quick CV create
      • This is a form on which personal and contact details and the information on education, job experience and references can be entered by a jobseeker who can create a CV quickly at single step.
    • Personal details
      • This is a form including such details as name, surname, birth, military service etc. This part is common for all CVs of the related person.
    • Contact details
      • It includes the personal contact details. This part is different for each CV. It is allowed to enter single contact information in each CV.
    • Education information
      • It includes the personal education information (from primary school education to doctor’s degree). A person may enter multiple information for each education (high school, university etc.). The universities and departments in Turkey have been identified in the system. It is possible to customize this part from management panel. This part is created again for each CV.
    • Job experience
      • This is a form where personal job experience is entered. A person may enter job experience as much as he/she wants. This part is created again for each CV.
    • Professional qualifications
      • This is a form where the personal professional qualifications are entered. For instance, ASP.NET-Very Good-15 years (Programing language-Level-Experience duration). The qualifications regarding information sector have already been identified in the system. These qualifications can be increased from the management panel according to each profession. This part is created again for each CV.
    • Knowledge of foreign language
      • It includes a person’s knowledge of foreign language. Around 30 languages have been identified in the system. The languages can be increased and decreased from the management panel. This part is created again for each CV. A person may enter as many foreign languages as he/she wants.
    • Information on courses and seminars
      • It includes the information on the courses and seminars attended by a person. This part is created again for each CV. A person may enter as many courses/seminars as he/she wants. Around 15 course/seminar themes have been identified in the system and they can be can be increased and decreased from the management panel.
    • Information on certificates
      • This is the form where the information on the certificates obtained is entered. This part is created again for each CV. A person may enter as many certificates as he/she wants. IT certificates have been identified in the system.
    • Information exams
      • It is the part where the scores obtained from the exams are entered. This part is created again for each CV. A person may enter as many exams as he/she wants.
    • References
      • It is the form where references are entered. A person may ask third persons to give reference about him/her. It is possible to transfer references from LinkedIn (*Pro Package). This part is created again for each CV. A person may enter as many references as he/she wants.
    • General information
      • It is the form including the general information about a person’s business life (Can you travel? The foundations to which you are member? The scholarships and prizes you have been awarded?). This part is created again for each CV. This information is entered once for CV.
    • Attach Classical CV (in Pdf, Word etc. )
      • It is the part for attaching CV in Word, PDF etc. format. A person may attach only one CV.
    • Add Photo
      • It is the part for adding a photo to be used in a person’s all CVs. After a photo is added, it can be clipped.
    • Change password
    • Preferences
      • It is the form where a person defines his/her preferences regarding the job sought. These preferences are entered once for whole subscription. For instance; the sectors where I can work, job advertisements, wage range etc.
    • Application tracking
      • It is the screen where a person tracks his/her applications for job advertisements. On this screen, a person may see the firm’s job advertisements to which he/she has applied. He/she can also see the cover letter he/she sent while applying. It is also possible to see the replies to be sent by the firm on this screen. The applications can be withdrawn, sent to Archive or re-activated on this part.
    • Cover letters
      • A person may write cover letters to be used while applying.
    • Social network medium
      • A person may connect his/her portal account with facebook and LinkedIn on this part. He/she can log in the system using his/her accounts on social networks and update LinkedIn status (*Pro Package).
    • Search job advertisement
      • It is a part on the front-side of the website. It is possible to make search by sector, job advertisement, advertisement publication date, key word etc. and to save the searches. Fast search can also be made using the saved searches.
    • Apply to job advertisements
      • After finding the job advertisement to be applied, a person logs in if he/she hasn’t done it yet. A form where CVs and cover letters having been entered in the system is seen on the screen. That person can apply using the CV and cover letter he/she wants (it is also possible to write a new cover letter while applying).
    • Share job advertisements
      • It is possible to share job advertisements on social networks and via e-mail.
    • Print CV
      • The system has two different printing templates. A person may print his/her CV using one of these templates.
    • E-mail CV
      • A person may send his/her CV to an e-mail address by adding an explanatory text.

  • Publish job advertisement
    • It is the form where a firm enters the information about the employees it seeks. It is possible to detail the job advertisement here (working time, working place, ex-convict, terror-stricken, blue-collar etc.). A new logo can be used for each advertisement.

    • The applications made to the job advertisements can be filtered according to almost all information via CVs.
  • Examine applications
    • Following the filtering operation in Item 3, the application results give the information about which job advertisements of the same firm the related person has applied to before, the notes written regarding the person, whether that person has withdrawn any of his/her application, the recently-graduated school-department, the last workplace-position, previously-sent letters and application status set by the firm (refused, invited to interview, to attend interview etc.).
    • It is possible to view and print the contact and university information of one or more selected applications.
    • All CVs of the selected applications can be printed together.

    • Candidates’ application status (new, refused, invited to interview, to attend interview etc.) can be set. Status information is dynamic and customized from the management panel.
    • Bulk mail can be sent to candidates. This mail is also seen in the part of application tracking of the personal user.

    • A firm can see the cover letter on the CV sent by a candidate while applying.
    • It is possible to see the application status.
    • The messages sent to that candidate previously can be reached.

    • E-mail templates can be created to be sent to candidates.

    • It is on the front-side of website. The firms willing to make use of the portal fill in this part. License packages are created over the portal management panel according to the status of the firm which is then allowed to use the system.
  • Identify and authorize enterprise sub-user
    • A firm can identify sub-users to use its panel.
    • Authorization on the basis of module can be made. For instance; the user, Ali Kusçu may/may not use the parts, “job advertisement operations”, “publish new advertisement”, “application operations”, “examine applications” and “reply applications”.
    • Authorization on the basis of advertisement can be made. For instance; the user, Ali Kusçu may examine and edit the advertisement “Java Developer” and review and reply the applications.
